What we do with your details

What we collect

Only what you type into the Book a Call form: your name, your business name, your email address, your monthly ad budget range, and your optional message. Nothing else is collected, and there is no account to create.

Why we collect it

To reply to you about your enquiry and to prepare for your strategy call. That is the only purpose. We do not add you to a mailing list, we do not send newsletters, and we do not sell or share your details with anyone for their own marketing.

Where it goes

The form sends your details to our own inbox by email, through the email provider Resend, which processes the message on our behalf in order to deliver it. It is not written to a database or a CRM on this site.

How long we keep it

Your enquiry stays in our email for as long as we are in contact about your business, and we delete it on request at any time.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and we will act on that request. Because the only copy is an email you sent us, deletion is straightforward and we will confirm when it is done.

Booking a time

The Book a Call page embeds a Calendly scheduler so you can pick a time directly. Calendly is a third party: when that part of the page loads it runs their script, and if you book through it, the name and email you give Calendly go to them as well as to us, under their own privacy policy. You can avoid Calendly entirely by using the form on the same page instead.

Cookies and tracking

We set no advertising or tracking cookies of our own and run no ad-tech profiling on this site. We use Vercel Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without building a profile of you. The embedded Calendly scheduler does set its own cookies when it loads, which is the one third party that does so here.
